Day 6: Nervous System Health- Creative Letters!


When was the last time you doodled? Took a few moments out of your day to put pen to paper just for the sake of designing something fun? Not a coloring book, but actually a blank page, with nothing, until you draw something?


This activity is to do just that! I got this activity from Camille the Creative and her Finding Sparks method to turning Anxiety into Creativity. I loved this activity because it was a mindfulness moment, it brought me to the present, and it was nostalgic for the times of gel pens and time to just sit around!



1) Take a blank piece of paper.

2) Write a word that you would love to focus on for the next set of time (hope, peace, love) or just your name for fun!

3) Write that word in BUBBLE LETTERS, or some kind of letters that you can fill in later. You can mix up the fonts, use different colors, there really aren't rules!

4) Fill in the letters with different designs or colors!


This activity can take 5 minutes or 60 minutes depending on how detailed you want to get! The goal is to get creative juices flowing, and to disrupt the stress reaction you may be in the middle of having!
